We’ve Gone Solar!
Alsco Uniforms® Thailand has commissioned a state-of-the-art 300kW solar energy system to generate green, renewable energy on-site. The 522 solar panels will produce approximately 505,000 kWh of electricity annually, covering 60% of the site’s electricity needs. This renewable energy generation is equivalent to powering 187 homes in Thailand.
This achievement highlights our dedication to renewable energy and our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.

Upgrading Our Old Boiler for Better Energy Efficiency
We’ve upgraded our old boiler, over 30 years old, to a new, efficient model. This change has resulted in cost savings and significant environmental benefits, as the new boiler uses less gas and emits fewer greenhouse gases.
New In-House Recycling
Our new in-house recycling program is making a significant impact. We’re reducing landfill waste, which is a win for the environment. This initiative also helps our team learn about sustainability and greener habits.
Donating Uniforms
As a leading uniform supplier, we donate thousands of worn-out garments to those in northern Thailand who need them. This initiative reduces landfill waste and boosts our team’s morale by making a positive impact.
Our Partnership with Intertek in Thailand
In Southeast Asia, we focus on ethical practices with our suppliers. Our Thailand branch collaborates with Intertek, which has over 1,000 locations worldwide, to ensure our products meet quality and safety standards through supplier audits.
Our Community
Thailand’s Annual Orphanage Visit
Each year, the Alsco Uniforms Thailand team supports a local orphanage. This year, they visited the Wat Mahawong Community Child Development Centre, which aids children aged two to six and assists parents with meals and a healthy environment. The team donated essential supplies like cooking oil, rice, toiletries, toys, and books, along with a financial contribution.
